As a past builder I realize the need that you have for “builder friendly” home plans that can be delivered to you in a timely manner.
Therefore, if you have a client that you need a home plan for in a hurry, please feel free to give us a call. If you give us their information we will contact them personally and do our best to get plans to them as quickly as we possibly can. This applies not only to stock plans, but to modified or custom plans as well. (We ask that these plans be ordered and paid for by the client.)
If you build “spec” homes we have special builder pricing packages for you.
These prices are for your own “spec” homes, and do not apply to your client's homes (above).
Plan A
Once you deside to use us as
your design company, we will set
up a builder file for you. We
will then keep all plans that
you purchase from us in "your"
file. Should you decide to build
another home that you have previously
purchased from us, the price for
that home will be a very reasonable
15 cents per square foot and will
include 5 sets. There will be
a charge for extra sets above
5, or for any changes to the plan.
Plan B
The following pricing will apply to stock plans
with no changes, per calendar year.
- First set of stock plans is at the regular
web price.
- Buy 2 to 4 sets during the year and get 5%
off the 2nd through 4th sets.
- Buy 5 or more sets during the year and get 10%
off on all sets over 5.
Plan C
If you are doing a develpment and wish to do
multiple houses of the same plan (or different
plans) the first set of each plan is at the regular
price, and the license to build multiples of that
plan is $150 for each additional house built.
Example: if you want to build 12 homes using
3 different plans, you would pay the regular price
for the first set of each plan, and then pay $150
for each of the remaining 9 homes.
Builder plans must be ordered over the phone
so that we can apply discounts directly. We will
always do our best to get you the plans you need
as fast as we can.
