4 BR Cape Cod Home Plans

Cape Cod Homes have scattered the New England countryside throughout New England since the earliest colonial days. The purposeful steep roof design on the early capes was to shed the heavy snow loads, and to offer a couple of rooms upstairs. Today’s capes usually have the steep roof on the front in keeping with the traditional style, but have a full dormer on the back, which allows for much more useable space upstairs.

If one of our Cape Cod House Plans has a porch, or a garage, it is included in the plan price. If it does not, they can be added at a reasonable cost. The sq. footage shown on the plan is the living space only. Our Cape Cod Home Plans all come standard with 2x6 walls, full basements, and high insulation recommendations.

If you like one of our Cape Cod Home Plans, but would like to make changes to it, contact us any time through the site or by phone. Most changes can be done very quickly and affordably.
