Traditional Colonial style homes have been around New England for hundreds of years. These popular homes can be found on just about every street corner. Colonial Homes are basically a simple two story rectangular “box style” home. That box shape makes them a great choice for money saving, cost effective construction.

If one of our Colonial House Plans has a porch, or a garage, it is included in the plan price. If it does not have them, they can be added at a reasonable cost. The sq. footage shown on the plan is the approximate heated living space only (Garages are not included in the sq.ft. figures). Our Colonial Home Plans all come standard with 2x6 walls, full basements, and energy efficient high insulation recommendations.
