We are a New England Home design company located in southern Maine. We have been designing quality New England Style Homes for over 35 years now, and have pleased thousands of clients in the process. In addition to the basic New england styles like Cape Cods, Colonials and Cottage Styles, that we're all used to, we also offer the more modern styles homes like Country Ranches, Raised Ranches and Narrow Lot Homes. Our home plans have been built throughout New England for over 35 years now, and they come standard with 2x6 walls, extra insulation recommendations for better heating efficiency, most have full basements, and our garages fit more than two sub-compact cars.
